Refund & Return Policy

At TheOrdinaryPakistan.pk, we prioritize product authenticity, hygiene, and customer trust. Due to the nature of skincare products, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and strict where necessary.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened, used, or seal broken
  • Change of mind or personal skin reaction
  • Minor packaging differences from brand visuals
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

Please note: Skin compatibility varies from person to person. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction after use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or unboxing video as proof
  • Keep the original packaging intact

Once verified, we will offer replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are handled via bank transfer or wallet, subject to verification.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the error is on our side
  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs are non-refundable

Authenticity Assurance

All products sold on TheOrdinaryPakistan.pk are 100% original and imported.
We do not sell replicas, refills, or tampered products. Any claim regarding authenticity must be supported with verifiable evidence.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • Return conditions are not met
  • Evidence is insufficient or misleading
  • Repeated misuse of return policy is detected
